These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Bit2Card’s services, which facilitate the conversion of cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin (BTC), USDC, and USDT into virtual Visa cards. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
Account Registration & Security
Account Creation: Users must create an account by providing a valid email address and password.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): 2FA is required for every login to enhance account security.
Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Bit2Card is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from negligence.
Card Issuance
Card Types:
U.S. users receive U.S.-based Visa cards.
International users receive INTL Visa cards.
Redemption Process: Users are provided with a challenge token and a link. To redeem their card, they must visit the link and paste the token.
Redemption Limits: Users may redeem a maximum of two (2) cards per device per day.
Card Expiration:
Cards expire six (6) months after issuance.
After expiration, any remaining balance is swept by the issuing bank.
Funding Limits & Fees
Funding Minimum and Maximum:
Minimum load: $5 USD.
Maximum load:
$1,000 USD for U.S. users.
$750 USD for international users.
KYC Requirements: Users wishing to load more than $10,000 USD per month must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
Fees:
$3 USD card issuance fee.
5% service fee on all top-ups.
Supported Cryptocurrencies
Supported cryptocurrencies include:
Bitcoin (BTC).
USDC and USDT on the ERC20 network.
Card Usage Restrictions
Merchant Acceptance: Cards can only be used where prepaid Visa cards are accepted.
Prohibited Uses:
Gambling or illicit activities.
Subscription services.
Adding funds to digital wallets (e.g., PayPal, Venmo).
Merchant Limitations: Cards may not work with all merchants due to fraud prevention policies or specific merchant restrictions. Cards may be cancelled at any time, if deemed so by card issuer.
