General Terms
The Bit2Card Card Agreement (this "Agreement"), together with the General Terms, Fees Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable terms and conditions, collectively form a legally binding agreement between you, the holder of the Bit2Card Card (the "Client"), and Bit2Card LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States of America. This Agreement governs the use of the Bit2Card Card and contains important information you need to be aware of.
The Client acknowledges and agrees that by completing the application procedure, they are indicating their intent to be bound by these terms and that such action constitutes execution of this Agreement.
Purpose
Bit2Card is a prepaid card that enables users to load U.S. Dollar value directly using supported cryptocurrencies: BTC (Bitcoin), ETH (Ethereum), LTC (Litecoin), and SOL (Solana). The list of supported cryptocurrencies may be updated at Bit2Card’s discretion without prior notice.
Bit2Card cards can be used for online purchases where Visa and Mastercard are accepted, with the exception of transactions involving financial institutions, money services platforms (e.g., CashApp, PayPal), or any merchant operating in sanctioned countries.
Fees & Limits
5% fee on all top-ups + 1% payment processing fee.
Card expiration: 6 months from issuance date
No ATM access or cash withdrawals
KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements vary depending on the card type selected
Maximum load limits:
$1,000 USD for U.S. domestic Visa cards
$750 USD for international cards
Minimum load is $5 USD for the US Visa Card, and $10 USD for the INTL Mastercard.
Use Of Bit2Card
Bit2Card can be used for online purchases and in-person payments through mobile wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, wherever Visa or Mastercard is accepted, depending on the card type issued.
Bit2Card cannot be used for:
Any form of funds transfer, including linking to platforms such as PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, or similar services.
ATM withdrawals
Gambling, including casinos, online betting platforms, or lottery services
Such activity is strictly prohibited under the anti-money laundering (AML) policies we adhere to and will result in card restrictions or termination without refund.
Cards may not be redeemed, used, or accessed in any of the following sanctioned countries. Attempting to use a Bit2Card in these jurisdictions may result in the card being locked or canceled, and Bit2Card LLC is not responsible for any resulting loss of funds:

Albania, Belarus, Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Côte d'Ivoire, Cuba, Islamic Republic of Iran, Iraq, Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea), Republic of Korea (South Korea), Lebanon, Libya, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Pakistan, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Turkey, Ukraine, Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.
Fraud Restrictions:
Bit2Card LLC’s issuing partners and card networks maintain strict fraud monitoring. If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected, your card may be immediately locked or canceled. Bit2Card LLC does not assume liability for card restrictions or losses caused by such security actions taken by our provider.
